Go spelunking through dark caves with Jesus as your light at Cave Quest Vacation Bible School! Kids learn Jesus is the one who lights our way and gives us hope for each new day. His love illuminates when the path is dark. Cave Quest VBS encourages kids to follow Jesus where ever he will lead them!
VBS will be held here July 11-15 in the Parish Hall from 9-11:30 a.m. The cost for the week is $20 and includes a t-shirt and a gift. Participant and volunteer registration forms are located in the back of the church or here on our parish website. Forms and fees are due to the Parish Office on or before June 24, 2016.
Want to help with St. Agnes's VBS but don't think you have the time? There are lots of small ways you can help that don't require a big time commitment or for you to be there during VBS itself. We are looking for people willing to help make decorations that can be made in the weeks leading up to camp, create an outdoor playtime activity, science activity, snack, or even paperwork duties. If there is one day you'd like to help during VBS but can't commit to the whole week...No problem! All help is welcome and we know how hard it is to work these things into your busy schedule. We're also looking for volunteers to lead or assist activities during the week of camp. This does count towards student/family volunteer hours for next school year. Contact Kathy at the parish office, 793-1330, if you are interested.

Dear Parishioners of St. Agnes,
We welcome into our midst Fr. Darren Zehnle who has been assigned by Bishop Paprocki to our parish as a parochial vicar. Fr. Zehnle is originally from Quincy and has been in Rome for the past three years working on a degree in canon law (Church law). In addition to being here, he will also serve as the chief master of ceremonies for the Bishop as well as being a judge on our diocesan marriage tribunal and the associate director for the Office of Worship and the Catechumenate. I know Fr. Zehnle is anxious to be "back home" and settle into life on "this side of the Atlantic!"
Please introduce yourselves to him and help make him feel and home!
