SACRAMENT OF RECONCILIATION
Abstinence: Everyone 14 years of age and over is bound to abstain from meat on Ash Wednesday and all Fridays of Lent.
Fast: Everyone 18 years of age and under 59 years of age is required to fast on Ash Wednesday and Good Friday. On these two days of fast and abstinence only one full meatless meal is permitted. Two other meatless meals, sufficient to maintain strength, may be taken according to each person's needs, but together these two should not equal another full meal. Eating between meals is not permitted, but liquids (including milk and juices) are allowed.

Young at Heart (YAH) Events*

Potluck dinner in the Parish Hall. There will be a Social at 5:30pm with dinner to follow at 6:00pm. There will be a speaker at about 6:30pm. Cost is $4.00 per person and please bring a dish to share.

Young At Heart Planning Committee meeting at 7:00pm in the Gathering Space. We invite you to come and share your ideas with us.

Grapevine Social at It's All About Wine at 5:30pm. You do not have to drink wine to participate; other beverages are available. Please bring an appetizer to share. Call Roslyn Brookens (622-6299) if you have questions.

VBS will be held at St. Agnes in the Parish Hall from July 14 - 18 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. All children ages 4 and up are welcome to attend! The fee for the week is $20. This includes a Weird Animals t-shirt and CD. Please use the attached links to print out participant or volunteer forms and mail them in or drop the form off at the school or parish office.
